Your admission in simple steps
An introductory consultation at Medstudy is your first step towards studying in the Czech Republic. We will discuss your educational goals, interests, and wishes in detail to select the appropriate program — be it online or on-site in Prague. Our courses are implemented in an accredited educational center in cooperation with prestigious state university — Palackého state university. Thanks to this, our students can obtain a long-term student visa of both types 99 and 23/24.
We will help with the collection and processing of all necessary documents for obtaining a student visa, including filling out all required forms. We will also prepare you for the embassy interview, help with purchasing an insurance policy at a favorable price, and finding suitable accommodation. During the preparation for relocation, we guarantee constant support and communication so that you can feel confident and comfortable as you prepare to start a new chapter in your life.
Medstudy students are surrounded by curators at every stage - from the moment of arrival in Prague to the moment of admission to the university (but we are always happy to answer your questions even after the program ends). Upon arrival in the Czech Republic, you will be met at the airport or train station and transferred to your place of residence. Our staff will help you with accommodation, provide a SIM card, help arrange a travel pass, and open a bank account in a Czech bank. As part of the adaptation program, you will receive all the necessary information about life and study in the Czech Republic. To make your student life vibrant and rich, we offer an extensive cultural and entertainment program throughout your studies. Upon completion of the course, we will help you extend your student visa. We also organize accompaniment and translation during visits to hospitals. In emergency situations, you can always rely on our 24/7 support.
From September, you will begin your immersion in learning the Czech language to reach level B2/C1 by May. Our program offers 720 academic hours to achieve level B2 and 1200 hours for level C1, the latter of which is mandatory for admission to medical specialties. You will get exclusive access to our learning platform designed for the most effective study of the Czech language. Our platform includes video lectures with detailed grammar analysis, interactive exercises to consolidate and expand vocabulary, as well as various texts and audio materials for comprehensive language skill development.
Career guidance and university selection at Medstudy helps determine your educational and career path in the Czech Republic. We start with a series of lectures that detail the higher education system in the country, presenting both state and private universities. These sessions are complemented by individual consultations where each student receives personal recommendations based on their interests and abilities. We organize visits to the Open Days of leading universities in the Czech Republic, giving students the opportunity to evaluate educational institutions, their campuses, and educational programs on-site. After choosing a specialty during an individual consultation, the Medstudy curator will submit an application for entrance exams and explain all the admission conditions. The entire process is accompanied by qualified psychological support, helping applicants adapt to the new educational and social environment in the Czech Republic.
From October 2024, we move on to specialized preparation. This stage includes not only the study of specialized subjects but also preparation for entrance exams. Our online platform provides all the necessary study materials for in-depth study. Our program stands out from other courses thanks to a unique mentoring system. Each mentor is your personal subject assistant, who not only checks homework and keeps detailed records of progress but also provides monthly reports to parents. Our specialists are available 24/7 and ready to answer any questions about the materials. Encountered difficulties solving a physics problem or any other subject? Don't worry, you will never be left alone with the problem.
Support during the nostrification process is another key service that Medstudy provides to all its students. Our specialists help you collect and properly prepare the necessary document package for nostrification. We provide consultations on choosing between external and internal forms of nostrification, allowing you to determine the most suitable and effective path for your situation. We help with the translation and notarization of documents. Moreover, if you need additional preparation, we organize group and individual classes and select qualified court interpreters for exams in your native language. To ensure you enroll in the university, we help with the online application process on the official university websites and provide advice on paying the necessary fees. We provide support at every stage — from initial application registration to receiving confirmation of enrollment in the university.
In May 2025, Medstudy organizes mock entrance exams, as close to real ones as possible, allowing students to adapt to the format and pace of real testing. We will provide detailed feedback on the results of these tests, allowing each student to effectively use the remaining time to consolidate knowledge and eliminate any gaps. This approach ensures that by the time of the actual entrance exams, you will be as prepared as possible and able to perform at your best.
From September 2025, your new life will begin — the life of a student at a Czech university. But don't worry, you won't be alone! Medstudy will pass you into the caring hands of our graduates who have already gone through this path and are ready to help you adapt to the new educational and social environment.
